Shipping Information

Orders must be placed by 12pm ET Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. NOORbyNu.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise for account holders. Select items considered hazmat (hazardous materials) are restricted and must be shipped ground with Standard Shipping.

HAWAII AND ALASKA

For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer 2-Day and 1-Day shipping services. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted (hazmat) items to Hawaii or Alaska. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to these states.

P.O. BOX

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, packages will be sent via USPS. Any shipping-related benefits do not apply to orders shipped to a P.O. Box.

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed

• A “business day” is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays

• Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number

• International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates

• All prices listed on this page are quoted in USD. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency

• Duties and taxes vary by country/region and will be determined during checkout

• Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for undeliverable or refused shipments

• International orders cannot be shipped to a APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses

• International order totals cannot exceed $500

BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our fulfilment center on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day

• Memorial Day

• 4th of July

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on NOORbyNu.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact Fenty Beauty Customer Service to track your order.
